Returns & Refunds Policy

At The Redeemed Say So, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, choosing the wrong color, or a simple change of mind.

However, your satisfaction is our priority. If there is an issue caused by a manufacturing or printing error, we are committed to making it right.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund for the affected item(s).

To report an issue:

Contact us within 30 days of the date your order was marked as "Delivered."
Email us at contactus@theredeemedsayso.com with your Order Number.
Attach clear photos showing the specific damage or printing error.

In most cases, you do not need to mail the damaged item back to us. Once we verify the issue with our print partners, we will process your replacement or refund immediately.

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds, reprints, or exchanges in the following circumstances:

Sizing/Color Errors: The customer ordered the incorrect size, color, or garment style.
Change of Mind: The customer no longer wants the item after it has been printed.
Minor Variations: Small variations in print placement (up to 0.5") or slight color shifts are normal in the print-on-demand process and are not considered defects.
Incorrect Address: The shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete.

Shipping & Delivery Issues

If an order is returned to our facility due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we can reship the item to the correct address; however, additional shipping charges will apply.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They do not expire and can be used toward any purchase on our store. If you experience a technical issue with your gift card, please contact us at contactus@theredeemedsayso.com with your order number and we'll make it right.
